How suggest a web site in different languages?

Hi everybody, please excuse my primitive english !!
I need your opinions, suggestions or articles.. I dont 'now if dmoz directory can index the same website in different languages..
its just one or diferent domains ?.. i must suggest each one to dmoz??

We are quite happy to list a listable website in each language (in the corresponding World category) provided that it's been translated by a human being. We don't accept machine translations.

We like to see a language selector on the home page because that's convenient for users. In such cases, we'll list the root URL in each language. There's no need to have lots of language specific subdomains or top level domain names (.fr .de .cn etc).
