How to become an editor?

How to become an editor, i have to time submited aplication, but i can't succes,
can someone help me?

What have the rejection email messages said? There is a list of common reasons for rejecting editor applications, and sometimes there are extra comments by the reviewer at the bottom of the message. If there is no such comment, one or more of the reasons in the list apply to the application.
