When the directory comes back from its vacation (you can follow the stickied announcement at the top of these forums for more information as its made available) you would need to go to the category the URL was listed and choose the "Update Listing" link the top of the category. You will then need to explain the category change needed and why. Remember though, the site itself must give the information so that the editor can confirm the change to be necessary.
Update requests are typically a higher priority for editors, but there is still no way to predict when an editor will have a chance to review the update request. And as mentioned nothing can be done until the directory is healthy again.
