how to change categories?

I've added my website long time ago but now understand that I've chosen wrong categories which don't correspond to the reality now. can I change them? and how?
Tried to write to editors but no one answered.

Navigate to the category where the listing resides. To suggest a change to an existing listing, click on the icon at the right-hand side of the category page adjacent to the listing that has an issue, and then follow the instructions displayed. This method can be used to report a variety of problems with existing listings, not just updates to the titles and descriptions.

Mollybdenum's answer is for websites that are already listed.
If the website is not listed yet there are 2 options. One is to wait for an editor to review the website and see it must be moved to another category. The second option is to suggest the website yourself to the right category (and wait for an editor to review it). Such one extra suggestion woný be held against you.
