Use the search box at http://www.dmoz.org/ . The url should be entered without any http or www prefixes (eg google.com).

When you suggested the website, there was a 'thank you' screen at the end of the transaction.
That's it. There's nothing more that you need do.

@ jimnoble sir you always talks about correct category and not spam but i have found a website about dogs in category http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/India/Recreation_and_Sports/ and the website is <removed URL>

The "dog site" is listed in the closest relevant Regional category as well as in the appropriate Topical category (Recreation/Pets/Dogs) - this is normal - it could also appear in the appropriate World category for any language it was translated into (not the case here).
