How to create a new category (Snowkiting) under Winter Sports ?

Hi,
I would like to suggest an URL for a Snowkiting website. It's a "new" wintersport which is not yet listed under the Winter Sports category.
How can I contact the editor of this category to do so?

Snowkiting is to snow, what kitesurfing is to water. And kitesurfing is listed in DMOZ under "Water sports".... so it would be usefull to have Snowkiting under the "Winter Sports" one, as it is a growing activity with more and more related websites.

We only create subcategories when we have enough listings to justify them and not on external request. Just suggest your website to what would be the parent category and include a note to the editors [like this] in the description, briefly stating your case.

I can't predict what the decision would be but suggesting another half dozen sites to the same place in the same way would certainly support your request .
