How to edit a recently submitted url

I just submitted a url, but I typed the URL wrong - the path lacks a directory needed to find the page. Since update links is only for already listed sites, I resubmitted with the correct URL, however the editor may think I am spamming her/him. Is there anyway I can contact the editor and explain the mistake
