How to get listed back in directory

I have my site <url removed> listed in the directory and now it is gone. It is hurting my search rankings and I need to get it back in the directory. I cannot submit to the suggest a site because it is down and has been for the last few weeks.

If your site was only listed shortly before our servers went down, you may just be seeing the result of our public site using out-of-date data (e.g. your site was listing in mid-October, you probably wouldn't see it in there now as the data currently being used is from before that, when the site wasn't listed). Or it may be that the site was unlisted some time ago, for any of a number of reasons including (but not limited to) being moved to a more appropriate category, site was unavailable and was unreviewed temporarily, or site was re-reviewed and deemed unlistable according to current guidelines.
