How to Improve Google PR of our site.....?

hello everybody.....

I Satyanand Verma, a Software Engineer in VTLGlobal Inc. Noida, India. I have a problem with our site. Why our site home page rank is not increasing while our search position in google is within first top 10 positions on our maximum keywords.....?

Can anybody advice me what's the reason behind this? I have tried a lot but my home PR is going to be consistent for a long.

So, what will be the solution to get higher PR not search position...bcoz my client wants to see higher PR....at least 5.....

Please help me.....Otherwise I will be in trouble within a month.....
