How to modify an entry ?

it looks like someone kindly suggested my website in DMOZ but made a mistake in the title and URL. How can this be corrected ?

The link is in the category :Regional: Asia: Georgia: Maps and Views

The correct title should be : <url removed> : Photos of Georgia
The URL should simply be : <url removed>
The description is fine.
