How to move Categories

Hi,

Just wondering whats the best way to move a website that changed what is offering ?

In other words A website thats no long idependant of one country and need to be moved into the uppers generic level??

Go to the category where the website is curently lists and submit a Charge/Update URL request, then settle in for a wait.
