How to submit a site of software development company

Dear Sir, Madam
I was trying to submit our site http://www.humasys.ca several times during past 2 years. Unfortunatelly, it still is not listed in DMOZ.
Last time i tried Business/Business_Services/Outsourcing/Software_Development_and_Maintenance category on september 24. Now this category doesn't exist at all.

Can you suggest me a way to submit our site?

I see that you have asked about your site suggestion before, unfortunately without receiving an andswer. Our apologies - status requests occasionally get missed, but it is not intentional. I will respond in your previous thread, but would like to emphasise that you should not resubmit your site to any category.
