At this moment it is not possible to suggest sites because of technical problems. You can find more information about these problems in this announcement, items 6 and 8 in that thread are in Chinees.

Sorry, but we don't have an estimation for whenm the problems will be completely solved. We will post in the annoucement (link in a previous message of this thread) when it will be possible to suggest sites again.
