How to submit sites to ODP

I have a website http://mmuntar.ac.id.16.hostcorporate.com.

I wanna submit this site with keywords "mmuntar" or "flexible learning".
But i not found the link sign up/register to ODP at http://dmoz.org/add.html.

Please help me for submit step by step.

and find the best place

Then use tambah URL

You seem to have mistaken this for a search engine. We don't do keywords: you have to find the right category. Start at the World category, go to your language, and work down from there. When you find the right category, THEN there will be an "add URL" link that you can click on.
