How to submit to inactive category

This reminds me of that little slogan that the mutual funds used to put in tiny letters at the end of the prospectus: "past performance is no guarantee of future earnings."

It's the same here. What you should worry about is not the last three months, but the next month -- that is, the "next date to be edited" tag, which for some technical reason can't be displayed (at least according to the staff programmer.)

So: don't worry about what you do see. Submit the site to the right category, wait three or four weeks, ask about it in the "Submittal status" forum.

I agree with hutcheson. Giving an example why:

Imagine that in a large category I would review 5 entries every single day, but in the same time 10 new submissions arrive... Apparantly there will be a huge backlog soon, which would need several months to work through.

Just checked the mentioned category and had a look into unreviewed queue. If I subtract spam there are less than 15 entries waiting for review. So when someone walks in there to clean, I'm pretty sure he/she will process your site, too.
