When will the submit a site be back up and running

I have a site <url removed> that was listed and for some reason got pulled out of the directory. I have been waiting another month to submit <another url removed> which was already in the directory. How long will we have to wait?

We have been trying to submit our website for "ExportNation: Export Import Global Marketplace" since a longtime, but are unable to do so. All the time we try, it says the service is down!
