I see under "suggest url" that this page has been under construction for several weeks. How may I suggest my url?

Right now, you can't.

The page isn't under construction. It's been temporarily disabled whilst we complete our recovery from a major system crash. You presumably missed the announcement at the top of the forum which tells you everything that we know. It will be updated when the situation changes.

We don't know, but we'll update the announcement thread at the top of every forum whenever we have more information.

On 13th Jan (yesterday) I used the system to advise a new URL for an already-listed parish council site. Today 14th it has been done and the link points to the new URL.

So have a bit of praise for a change!

Thanks for your comments :) .

Listing update requests appear prominently, when the directory is viewed from the editor side, so that we can give them the priority that we think they deserve. It's a quality control thing ;) .
