How to update URL when there's no "Update URL" link

I have a website listed in http://directory.google.com/Top/Arts/Animation/Anime/Fandom/Fan_Subtitled/Distributors_and_Traders/

How do I update my old URL (which is dead) to a new one?

Because this forum is about ODP, you need to ask about categories in http://dmoz.org/ , we cannot give you any help with Google.

I found out that I can update it at www.dmoz.org which hopefully Google will pick up the correction later.

I get a "page cannot be displayed" when I try to update my URL at
http://www.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/update....Fandom/Fan_Subtitled/Distributors_and_Traders
Is the server down/busy?

The nightly datapush is running at the moment, which has a tendency to bog down the web server. Try again in 15 minutes.
