How to withdraw submission?

I submitted my writer site www.lindamoran.net at the end of January, 2004 in this category: http://dmoz.com/Arts/Literature/Authors/Non-fiction/

Around the same time, I submitted my publisher site http://www.betterwaypress.com. But I cannot find my post to this forum for that one, so I can't be sure which category I submitted it to. (It was a long time ago.)

The kind editors have told me that my two sites are related, so I asked if only one could be submitted and not the other. I haven't received an answer, and now I'm concerned that both sites have been penalized and that's why NEITHER of them have gone into DMOZ. I've waited so long!

Could someone tell me how to withdraw submission of lindamoran.net, but keep my submission of betterwaypress.com?

I have tried not to bother all of you. I realize how busy you are, but it's been almost a year and a half that I've patiently waited.

By the way, I understand your policy now, but just so you know, I did not mean to "spread one website across two domains" as Jim Noble mentioned. Instead, It was simply my intent that in the future, Betterway Press would be publishing other folks' books. Lindamoran.net will always be my personal write site. Am I now allowed to have just www.betterwaypress.com in DMOZ and not be penalized forever for having related sites? I would be awfully grateful.

Also, if you think that maybe I should do the opposite--submit lindamoran.net and withdraw betterwaypress.com--that would be okay, too. I just need help!

Thanks! Linda Moran
