i would like to change my website of dmoz category, how can i do please ?

We have a French language forum, Questions en français au sujet de l'ODP if you'd be more comfortable there.

If you wish to move your site to another category, simply go to the category where you are listed and click the "Update URL" link. This will give you a form where you can describe where you want your site moved to, and why.

You can use the 'update URL' link in the category where your site is actually listed to do that. This form can be used to request changes of the URL, or the modification of title and/or description. If you want a category change you should suggest the new catgory along with a reason for the change in the 'Please describe the nature of your changes:' field.

In most cases update requests are only accepted if the scope of a site has changed (i.e. a photography site in Arts now offers prints for sale, and should therefore better be listed in Shopping), or if an error has been made somewhere.

hmm, do you know if there's a problem with the dmoz submission form ?
when i click to post the form, nothing happen appart an error <img src="/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" />

See other threads on this site about errors. There are several errors that could have occurred, and these have been discussed at least several times in the last few months. Some of them do indicate that the ODP received your submission, but will have to deal with it in a different way.

By reading some other posts here,
i have found by submitting the dmoz form without my proxy ...

by talking here with the other guys working on "cote d'azur" website, apparently they said there is a problem to change dmoz category and our request has been rejected several times.
Can an editor tell me simply why (if there any reason), just to know and perhaps change things here.

The category change is done now. There wasn't any special problem, it was just that nobody had found time to process the request <img src="/images/icons/smirk.gif" alt="" />
