related to promotional soccer balls five months ago, is there a way we can check if it is qued for review or I have to re submit?

There is no way for you to check, and while you are welcome to suggest the site again, that should be your last suggestion. A second suggestion certainly make the possibility that a suggestion was lost almost nil, more than two, however, and you are no longer being helpful.

No, but be be aware that site suggestions do not expire, they make take a (very) long time before being reviewed, but it will not be removed until it has been reviewed.

That said there is always the possibility of a technical glitch which could result in a suggestion being lost, which is why gunners mention of a second suggestion being OK was made. The chances of 2 being lost are infinitesimally small (barring things like server crashes) which is why you shouldn't bother with more than the 2 suggestions.
