How & Where to Suggest Review Corrections

It's not clear where to post or submit suggested improvements or corrections to reviews. Is it best through this forum, in which case where?, or through the add URL or change URL forms?
Example:
KeyLargo Jewelllery & Loans Ltd. - Independently owned and operated pawnshop.
-- http://www.keylargojewellery.com Regional: North America: Canada: British Columbia: Localities: L: Langley: Business and Economy: Shopping (1)
Generally I only spell jewellery with 2 Ls rather than 3, although I know most American mis-spell it with only 1 combined with a missing e.
I also noticed a dead link and submitted to via add URL.
Of course, if I had not been rejected as an editor , I might be able to correct errors myself, instead of reporting them for others to do.

Normally the "Update URL" link would be apropriate. But since it is clearly a typo I just corrected it.

For being rejectzed as an editor:
* Find sites that match the category
* Write listings that describe the site
* Be honest about yourself. Don't "forget" to include infromation about you.
* choose a not-to-big category well below 100 entries (in fact a really small one leaves a lot of room for you to add sites )

... and be ready to apply again if your application is rejected the first time. No problem doing that, a lot of editors did it.
