I submitted my domain: http://dogpawwebdesign.com to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Basic_Service/W/

on Feb 22, 2005.

As you can see, I noticed that I submitted to the wrong category and it should be: http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Designers/Basic_Service/D/

What should I do about this if anything?

You can not get a status update until it has been 1 month until you submitted your site, that would be March 22nd.

As for which category, you'll have to wait for another editor to tell you that.
