Hello.
I've suggested my website, http://goa.the-satan.org Several weeks ago,And still havnt received a reply mail, nor being added.

The site holds information about Psy. trance, and is the main website for that issue. The most informative site about that form of electronic music.
It has recognition wby Record Labels and by the artists themselves. I would very much like to receive a mail back knowing I'm recognized, And being in line for checking.

Please reply in order to let me know my status. for atleast knowing you're aware of my suggested site.

Another thing.

like in the last submission, It wrote me this:

Sorry, we could not determine your IP address for this submission. This may be because your browser or ISP has cached the previous page. Your submission has been redirected to the misplacd submissions folder. We apologise for the inconvenience.

So my suggested site must be placed somewhere else.
Can you somehow take a look at what might seem to be wrong?
Maybe route my request to the right place?

Not to worry. I'm working on those in a couple of other browser windows. We ship those sites out to the category you requested for review, unless it's obviously the wrong one (like, say, "News" for a very genre-specific site), in which case we ship it to some closer site, or in the worst case to the master jumble heap, where other volunteers sort through to find the best category without the help you could have provided.

All those final details are, of course, for general information, and I agree that the category mentioned looks correct in this case.

Two months have passed. and I am STILL not on dmoz.
Any suggestions of why exactly?

Your site is awaiting review in Arts/Music/Styles/Dance/Trance/Psychedelic_Trance along with around half a dozen others.

2 months is "no time at all to wait". Yes, it is possible for a site to be listed in under 5 minutes of submission (sometimes if I'm checking my editor "dashboard" and a submission to one of my "pet" categories comes in, I review it straight away), but then again it is possible for a site to go a year or more without review: it just depends on what the volunteer editors "feel" like reviewing. Of course, if we had more editors we can review more sites...

I had a look around but I'm afraid I couldn't see it anywhere. Since something seems to have gone wrong somewhere and you've been so patient so far, I have added your site to the queue myself and left it for the local editors to review. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

I've tried to reach your site twice in the last 24 hours, and cannot reach the server (504 timeout). I can get to the-satan.org but not to the sub domain. Is there a problem with the server?

yeah.

That happend now, and should be fixed shortly.
Anyhow, I'm working now on a new design.

When it'll be ready I'll move to some other host aswell.
