The category description says quite clearly:

This category is not for affiliate programs, get paid to surf links, or MLM opportunities. Those submissions are deleted. All independent representative's sites need to be submitted to the appropriate sub-category in Business/Opportunities/Networking-MLM.

Just to clarify, as mentioned in http://dmoz.org/Business/Opportunities/Networking-MLM/desc.html ODP policy on Independant representative's sites has changed: independent representative's sites are no longer being listed at the ODP.

Oh yes, I'd not realised we've changed on that one. The description for Business/Opportunities/Resources_and_Networking has been updated to reflect this.

The category description says quite clearly:
Information and Resources to assist in networking, multi-level marketing and other business opportunities, either online or offline

This fits my site exactly.
It is not an "independent representative's site"
Business/Opportunities/Networking-MLM is for company provided sites for particular MLM opportunities.
