Thanks to this forum I learned that each category has a "Last Update" on it, and now I see that the category I submitted to hasn't been updated since 2/24/02 and has no editor.

My question is: should I continue to wait the full 3 weeks before beginning the process of marching up the tree to find a category with an active editor to email or go ahead and start looking now.

No need to wait or resubmit. It seems the site is just a travelnow affiliate front for car reservations and will not be listed.

Please always wait at least 3 weeks and preferably a couple of months.

Unfortunately your site was rejected as the only way to book rental vehicles was to go offsite to travelnow.
