Hi there,

My 2 sites http://professionals.epilepsy.com/ & http://www.epilepsy.com/ are both listed in category Health: Conditions and Diseases: Neurological Disorders: Epilepsy: Resources

I need to change the title of http://professionals.epilepsy.com/ from plain old Epilepsy.com to Epilepsy.com/professionals, so I'm trying to use the "Update Listing" function.

However, when I input the url to edit I get the following message

URL not found
The site http://professionals.epilepsy.com/ is not listed in this category.
Please go back in your browser if you need to resubmit the form.

But the site is clearly listed in this category and I have copied the url so I KNOW it's not a misspelling or some other user error. When I try and update www.epilepsy.com the system seems to move on to the next step without a problem

Help!

not a mirror

Ack!

professionals.epilepsy.com is not a mirror of epilepsy.com!

it is a whole separate site with a separate agenda and different content.

We need both sites listed but one must be www.epilepsy.com (which is listed) and the other is profesionals.epilepsy.com which has now been removed.

If there is a better way to go about listing the professional site please let me know.

Thanks,
Penny

They're both your sites. One links to the other. They're both on the same topic. "Mirror" may not be accurate, but they're not both going to be listed.

"Subsite" would be a more accurate term than "mirror". Professionals.epilepsy.com shouldn't have been listed and that mistake was corrected. The listing for Epilepsy.com covers both sites.

another alternative?

:(
professionals.epilepsy.com is a sub-site in structure only. The site speaks to an entirely different audience, and though it does speak about epilepsy it's goals and objectives are significantly different than epilepsy.com.

Can we register the site using on of the urls that we own such as http://www.epilepsyprofessionals.org?

This is a not-for-profit, health related website, with the intention of educating and informing doctors and other healthcare practitioners. A listing on DMOZ is something we would like to obtain.

Thank you for your continued help and consideration.

Penny
