I submitted my homepage to the OPD and it has never shown up in the root directory of http://dmoz.org/Arts/Music/Styles/Rock/Punk/ or any subdirectories. The subdirectories I submitted to are :
1. http://dmoz.org/Society/Subcultures/Punk/Personal_Pages/
2. http://dmoz.org/Society/Subcultures/Punk/

It's possible I submitted too much but I understood the warnings and kept submitting to a minimum. If there's any reason for not accepting the page, please post it here and I'll move on from there.

Had you understood the warnings, you would have only submitted your site once, and only to one category. Your submission in http://dmoz.org/Society/Subcultures/Punk/ has been deleted for being a duplicate. Your submission in http://dmoz.org/Society/Subcultures/Punk/Personal_Pages/ is awaiting editorial review.

When will it be reviewed please? It's been quite a long time.

Yes, and that is partially becasue we have to spend so much time deleting unnecessary duplicate submission.
