It is sitting in unreviewed with about 20 other submissions. However, the closest cat with an editor is Sports/Cycling, which has around 900 unreviewed.

Site has been reviewed and published in http://dmoz.org/Sports/Cycling/Regional/North_America/United_States/New_York

Regarding it going into http://dmoz.org/Sports/Cycling/News_and_Media - it could, but really would be 'buried' in this large category. The site is kinda 'news and media' New York only (with a splatter of surrouding US/Canada events). Nice site, btw.
