can someone please tell me the status of the submission. I have since made some changes to the site but attempts at re-submission are failing. If the site was trashed how can I get it reviewed again. Since I keep getting errors when ever I try to re-submit it? Please advise me at soonest.

On the page when you submitted your site was a box containing the words "Independent representatives, distributors, or resellers of multi-level marketing (MLM) systems or pyramids are not listed in the directory".

Your submission has been deleted.

Thanks for the prompt response I have since up dated the website and I no longer am a memeber of that program and have no intentions of re joining. However I have been trying to get my site listed now for weeks but each time I resubmit my site it always says that the submission wouldnt go through. How can I get my site reviewed once more? Given this occurance? Please help me.

Having a read through your site it appears that you are still selling Cory Rudl's book. One sentence implies that you are still actively involved with his company: "since the guidebook is a downloadable file, you won't even need to send it back! (We can just have it deactivated from Corey's web site.)". Your site has all the appearance of being just another individual MLM representative.

Thanks for your response once again, I honestly did not see my site as a MLM opportunity, Now that you have mentioned your view on it. I now see it as more like an affiliate opportunity / business related opportunity. (Since I do not believe it has a pyramid structure or is intent on having one and I pay no commissions)

OK, let's be blunt about this. Your site sells a book (by Cory Rudl) that tells people how to make a fortune selling things on the internet. When those people receive the book, they will find that the thing they are supposed to be selling ... is the book, to other people. This is a classic MLM scheme, and it really doesn't matter whether there is a pyramid structure or not.

Option 1: Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Authoring/Webmaster_Resources/Affiliate_Programs/
You don't offer an affiliate scheme, you offer a re-selling scheme, so you do not fit into this category.

Option 2: Business/Opportunities/Resources_and_Networking/
You don't offer any resources, or networking contacts, you simply sell things, so you do not fit into this category.

Option 3: Business/Opportunities/Networking-MLM/A/
The category description says in bold letters "Independent representatives, distributors, or resellers of multi-level marketing (MLM) systems or pyramids are not listed in the directory".

Option 4: Business/Opportunities/Distributors/
You are not a distributor, nor do you offering a product for distribution, so you do not fit into this category.


You're just going to have to accept that we will not list your site.
