We have changed our policy on submission check updates. We will now only do them every 6 months as explained here.

But only 5-1/2 months since your last update. Hate to be a stickler for detail, but you are next eligible for an update on or after October 4.

Your suggestion of 28th July (why?) has been received and is awaiting review. We can't predict when that might be. If it hasn't been listed 7th May 2005, please ask again in this same thread. Please don't make any further submissions.

Also, there seem to have been an awful lot of subpage submissions of this URL. We don't list those and all they do is waste valuable editorial effort so please stop it. Continuance is likely to prove counter-productive.

I apoligize if there has been subpage submissions. It will not happen again.
Quote "Your suggestion of 28th July (why?)" Does this refer to ther original submission? 28th July2003 correct? Thanks for you input.

Jim,

Yes it is my website.
In #1 I was looking for an update.
In #2 Currently waiting review.
In #6 Mod reply with must wait till October 4th for six month update.
If you check all dates, how did we come up with July 28th 2004?
It seems to me we must have submitted by at least April 2004

Ill be back 7th May 2005

Thank you

Because someone obviously resubmitted the site on July 28th. Newer submissions often overwrite older ones, and the newer one is the only one we see. That is why it is also counter-productive to resubmit unless an editor specifically asks you to resubmit. Hope this helps.

Dogbows,

That explains everything. I must have resubmitted. I am my own worst enemy trying to be listed in the DMOZ When will I learn?

Thanks Dog

Looks like you are finally there. :D But if you click on the FAQ link at the bottom of my signature, you might learn some more surprising facts that could help. Good Luck. ;)

You're about two months early. You got an update on November 7, 2004. That means you can ask again no sooner than May 7, 2005.
