Your site is not waiting in that category at all, nor has it been deleted or touched by an editor. There is no point in resubmitting to that area however because your site can't be listed there. To qualify as a shopping site it needs to list products and their prices and a way to purchase them. All I found on the site was: Please email us if you would like more information on the Resolve Skin Care Product Line:

It is possible that a category like http://dmoz.org/Health/Beauty/Skin_Care/Advice/ might find it acceptable to list if the information on it is found to be unique, as it stands now there is no point in submitting to the shopping category referenced above.

Personally I wouldn't list it under the Health tree as I don't think it adds information to the sites already listed there. What is your long-term goal for developing the site? It seems as though it's built for future development as an affiliate of skincare product sites.
