The submission was rejected a week ago due to lack of content. It seems that the administrator is the only person who ever used that job board.

Holy Cow! The only way for people to know its there is for it to be listed in search engines.

Thats why the "administrator, aka, I, am the the only one that has posted. In fact, the postings are job board rules, so technically no one has posted, however, I do receive hits to the rest of the site and there is more to the site than just the board itself.

Can I reapply and ask for a different editor.

I mean, its fine, the bigger guys like yahoo and excite, have posted my link, however, I used to post sites I created for small businesses to DMOZ all the time, its like a one stop shop, you guys rocked in the 90s. But its been a while since I submitted something. Oh well, if you can't, thanks anyway.

A forum with essentially no content is of no value to surfers.

You are in Yahoo and Excite, perhaps those will drive enough traffic for you to reach critical mass.
