Thank you for the information and your prompt response. Is there anything I can do? Should I submit to another category? I don't want to get blacklisted though. I know you have tons of sites to go through. My category has no editors or the category above that. I even applied for editor to help out when I saw that. I guess the backlog is out of control at the moment.

Submitting to another category will just cause an editor to have to move your site to the correct category. The submission will then replace your old one, meaning that you have to wait longer for review. I'm afraid there's nothing that can be done to speed up the process, except for what you have already done, that is, to apply to edit the category yourself.
