I submited to:

The site was listed previously in this catergory when hosted on my ISP's web space http://pages.prodigy.net/bair1

Just checking to make sure I submitted correctly this time. Also, if any information can be provided as to how long the queue is, or if there is a catergory better suited for our site would be greatly appreciated.

I cant confirm that the second URL was already listed, at least not with this spelling.
Anyway, the new submission is waiting for review in the category you mentioned.

You could apply to Regional/North_America/United_States/Ohio/Localities/W/West_Jefferson/Business_and_Economy as well.

We often give sites two listings - one in Topical and one in Regional. Your site seems to be the type that would qualify for both.
