You only submitted on October 19th. Please leave at least a month after submission before enquiring. However, yes, your site is waiting with rather a lot of others.

If this was a resubmission, bear in mind that it has overwritten any previous submission to this category.

Yes it was resubmission , i submitted the site long time ago and nothing happend so i tried to resubmit it.
