An editor thought that it fits the category and corrected himself later. Since we are all human, we make mistakes.

I, of course, would never do anything like that. And when I find out who stole my userid to send that Kentucky Symphony Orchestra to World/Afrikaans, I'm going to commit gross physical violence on his physiognomy.

But, due to the carelessness of other editors, this happens. Please report any examples you see in our "Abuse Reporting" thread for "sites that don't belong in the category". Note that we don't care (and often can't know) why those sites don't belong--the site might have changed; the editor might have been abusive or careless. We just want to get them out.
