I noticed in my logs that someone had reviewed it and I was curious about the status. How long after it is reviewed does it generally take to get listed in your directory if it is approved? Thanks!

Sorry, but it is still waiting. Maybe you saw an editor sorting out obvious spam touching your submission while checking it.

I haven't looked at your submission (because I lack sufficient rights to that category), but I wanted to clarify something for you. Sites awaiting review in a given category are in a pool, rather than in a line. An editor can sort by several different criteria, or can just randomly pick and choose the sites to be edited. Thus no one is really first and no one is really last. No one is in front of you and no one is behind you.
