http://www.ddrlandscapes.com

Hi All, I submitted http://www.ddrlandscapes.com some time ago (I must admit I forget the origional category I submitted to but I'm pretty sure it was): http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Recreation_and_Sports/Home_and_Garden/Gardening/Landscaping/ After at least 3 weeks had passed (nearer a month as I recall) it had not been listed and so after reading your guidelines I re-submitted the site this time to http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Industries/Building_and_Construction/Design/Garden_Designers/

Would it be possible for you to give me any feedback on the status of this submission please?

Many thanks in advance.

Your site is awaiting review with one other site in the first queue in the specified category

Your second submission was moved in mid-September to the same category. It appears the first category was the most appropriate, so please avoid submitting again. It's only been a few weeks, since you submitted - so just wait a bit longer please.

You may also want to consider submitting to Lincoln B&E. This additional submission won't affect your existing submission and, if your site is accepted, will get you listed more quickly - there is currently only 1 submission waiting for the entire Lincolnshire category and the editor there is very active.

Many thanks for your amazingly prompt and extremely efficient and helpful replies. I have, as suggested submitted my site to Lincoln B&amp;E. It makes me wonder... If volunteer services have such helpful and efficient people, why the heck are so many services that you have to pay for so poor in customer service and yet they still continue to trade and be paid by people!, so many web based (and non web based come to think of it!) services I could mention <img src="/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" />

Anyway I digress, thanks again for your help peoples, very, very much appreciated.

Cheers
