The category is now called Business: Publishing and Printing: Printing: Products: Plastic Cards. Your submission is waiting for review along with about a hundred other sites, so that category is quite backlogged.

By the way, I can't view your site right now. Is it offline?

No, this site is up and has been up for years. Maybe the host server was down temporarly. I'll have to check on this.

It's been a month since I checked on the status of http://www.duracard.com. It's still not listed and I am wondering if it has anything to do with the category change you informed me about.

Is my submission still waiting to be reviewed or is the category change holding it's review up?

Your submission is still waiting for review in the category. I think what is holding it up the review is the fact there are over 100 other site suggestions waiting for review in that category. It is most likely going to take a while.
