Actually my Host (Lypha.com) is having a problem with Mysql right now. In addition to getting a new Host, what should I do.

That's more a hosting issue. Get the site working first, and if at that time it contains significant, relevant, authoritative information not available elsewhere on the net, then you are welcome to resubmit.

Like I said, my site is up and running. It has 40,000+ pages of content and is updated daily. The host merely had a problem when DMOZ visited. Now it's back to the end of the line by resubmitting?

On November 21 of last year, Hutcheson told you that the suggestion of the URL was in the area waiting to be reviewed. Based on that, you are more than welcome to come back for a status update 6 months after that, which would be May 21.

Please, in the meantime do not suggest the site again. It will not speed up the review process and may well slow it down even further.
