Is this the correct category for my site?

Hello all!

I have not submitted my site (http://www.freelancelounge.com) yet because I'm not sure if this is the right category.

Top: Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Authoring: Chats and Forums

My site is for freelance programmers to provide help and services for people who need it.

That would probably be a reasonable place to submit your site but not right now. Right now, you don't have nearly enough content to get listed there (or anywhere in the directory). Wait until you have significantly more content (i.e. activity) than you do now.
