i know i need to wait at least one month. i submitted the site several months ago. i don't recall exactly when but it was probably sometime in November.

Yes - you don't need to ask anymore, once you know it is in the heap, you can watch the editor logs yourself and see any activity, moved, acceptance or rejection.

I went to the editing log for Business/Consumer_Goods_and_Services/Gifts/Wholesale_and_Distribution/ and didn't see furad.com out of the entire listings. shouldn't it be listed with a status of "unreview"?

Please do not ask for editor related stuff on R-Z (we can not answer them here). You can best ask this question on the internal board for new editors.
