http://www.goal-setting-guide.com/ was submitted on February 18th and is waiting for review along with some dozens of other sites. Let's hope some editor with motivation <img src="/images/icons/wink.gif" alt="" /> will come to this category to work through these soon.

We don't give exact numbers, and the queue isn't like a waiting list so there is no way to tell you how many sites would be reviewed before yours. Editors are allowed to review in any order they would like. Sites can be sorted according to date of submission, title or url. Therefore, uzs980 has already given you an estimate on queue size. Your site is still waiting for review. If you don't see your site listed after at least a month, you are welcome to check back.
