To whom it may concern;

I submitted my website near the end of September, 2004. I have not seen anything show up as of yet.

I believe (it was a while ago) that i submitted it into this category.

Could you please advise on why it was left out? I recently updated the site to a completely different format, and would like to see it in here.

It is waiting review there. No editor has reviewed it, which puts it in the same class as several million other sites. And with thousands of editors each choosing what sites to review daily, we really have no way of knowing which thousands of sites will be reviewed, or why. Think of the process as random, it's a very good approximation thereunto.
