Thank you for the speedy update.

Being a newbie, I didn't notice the 'this forum will be dissapearing in a week or so' message in the Document Management forum until after the submission. Is that forum dissapearing? Is it a problem having the entry in both areas?

Any help you can give to ensure our submission doesn't break any rules would be greatly appreciated...

Two submissions - one the most specific topical category and one in the most specific regional category - aren't spam. Don't worry. Both submissions will be reviewed independently. In the end, your site might be listed in both.

What forum are you referring to? (Sorry for the silly question.)

Sorry - wrong choice of words on my part.

It's the Document Management category on DMOZ. When I went back to it to check, it said the category was dissapearing within a week - mind you, that was weeks ago now and it's still there...
