Either your site sells tiles, in which case it belongs in the "Tile" category, or it sells general flooring, in which case it belongs in the "Flooring" category. Choose one or the other, not both.

I chose the 'Tile' one, but ever since March my site hasn't been reviewed.

You don't to resubmit, your suggestion is waiting in the category where you submitted with several hundred other sites.

Re-submitting can only hurt you (by showing you site a the end of the list when sorted by date or by giving editors more work if they have to delete the duplicate suggestions).

Resubmitting http://www.irisceramica.com/ to Business: Construction and Maintenance: Materials and Supplies: Wall, Floor and Decorative Finishes: Tile won't help, as your site is already waiting for review in that category - along with hundreds of other sites.

But there is something else that you could do: http://www.irisceramica.com/contatto/info_contatto.php?lang=en shows that you have a showroom in Fiorano Modenese. Feel free to submit your site to Regional: Europe: Italy: Regions: Emilia-Romagna: Localities. If your site will be accepted, a subcategory for Fiorano Modenese will be created.

First, a website may have separate listings for each language, so there would be no problem with having irisceramica.it listed in both an English and and Italian language category. Incidentally, the http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/Italy categories are for sites about Italy that are written in English. If they are in Italian, they would be listed in http://dmoz.org/World/Italiano/Regionale/Europa/Italia/

Generally, we will list one main URL for a company, and allow users to find the appropriate language-specific version using the company's website navigation, as this is generally a much more stable solution for us.

In other words, we will list either irisceramica.com or irisceramica.it in the directory, but not both. You will have to decide which one is your main site, and it will be listed in appropriate English-language and Italian-language categories.

I thought that the two categories would address different targets, searching for different terms.
