We submitted the site to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Beauty/Cosmetics/ on 9/19 and 10/19 and even emailed the editor, who on 11/11 said that it was the right category and she would get to it eventually. Now it is a month later and it doesn't appear that there was any activity in the category. Is there anything else we can do? The client wants to know why its taking so long to get into the ODP. No one ever said that big name celebrities have patience.

So far the site hasn't been touched by an editor, and it's still in the queue with about 300 other sites. Someone will eventually have a look at it, but no one can say when this will be. Celebrity or not, your client will have to be patient.

You should not resubmit your site, as this will only push it to the end of the queue.
