A few months back Motsa kindly suggested that I submit our site to the following category:

We submitted it to the suggested category, but it has not been listed. Could anyone look into it please?

I realise the ODP editors must be extremely busy, but it has been over five weeks now since we submitted our site. Is there any chance we could somehow expediate the process?

No, there isn't. We can't promise any time-to-review, since all the work is done by volunteers. Noone is forced to do a certain amount of work.
