Frankly, I am puzzled a bit...
Why??
The site has absolutely legal and not abusive content... the company offers fairly widespread and helful service.

I would appreciate any comments that could help us to improve the site to be acceptable by DMOZ.
Maybe submitting to a more appropriate category could help?

You've got the criteria backwards. The SITE needs to offer content, and the COMPANY needs to be legal. It is the SITE that was reviewed.
